Great location near vibrant nightlife and activities.
The noise level was unbearable during the night. I could hear music and voices until the early hours, making it hard to sleep. Though the hotel staff was friendly, my requests for fresher towels went unheeded, which was frustrating given the heat and need for daily showers.

Location near the beach was perfect for our getaway. The restaurant service was slow and we faced issues with towels.

Great place right in the historic heart of Mazatlan. Just a three-minute walk to Plaza Machado, perfect for exploring. Tons of restaurants nearby and the breakfast buffet had something for everyone, from fresh fruit to traditional Mexican fare. Shower pressure was great, though one day it felt a bit lukewarm. My bed was comfy but a little soft, and fitted sheets could've been better secured. Staff were helpful, using a translate app when needed. The hotel has free parking across the street and a huge flat-screen TV in the room. Only downside was the nightlife. it got pretty loud at night, and ear plugs would’ve helped. All in all, a clean, modern place at a reasonable price!

We really enjoyed the comfy beds and stunning city views from our Superior Double Room. The location was fantastic. just a short stroll to the bustling Plaza with great cafes and shops. The daily drinking water was a nice touch for our family of four.
My wife says that the noise at night was quite bothersome. A soundproofing upgrade would make it more enjoyable for families.

The room was fantastic with a super comfy memory foam mattress and an amazing shower that was always hot when I needed it. I loved relaxing at the nearby cafes and taking evening strolls around the area. The only hiccup was the occasional street noise, but it didn’t stop me from enjoying my stay! 😊

great location with comfortable amenities
The city view from my room was stunning, offering a lovely backdrop each morning. I appreciated the ample plug-ins throughout the room, making it easy to keep my devices charged. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic, creating a refreshing experience after a long day exploring.
However, the noise level from nearby nightlife could be disruptive at times.
